Yes. Our core mission since inception is reviving authentic natural dyes. We extract pigments from madder, indigo, marigold, onion skins, and tea, ensuring zero synthetic chemicals bind to our signature textiles.
Why are there slight variations in color?
Because our production avoids industrialized chemical standardization, every dye vat is slightly unique. Weather, water temperature, and the vintage of the botanical materials mean every piece is an exclusive work of art.
Do you offer custom tailoring or alterations?
Currently, we do not support bespoke tailoring or custom sizing through the online storefront. However, our physical flagship boutique may be able to assist you with minor fitting adjustments.
How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, you can effortlessly track its logistical status by logging into your Customer Account. You will also directly receive dispatch tracking codes via email when our courier partners (Pathao/RedX) pick up your shipment.
