We partner with premier delivery networks to ensure your Aranya garments arrive safely. Domestic orders within Bangladesh typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Real-time courier tracking is provided immediately upon dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

For our local patrons, we offer secure Cash on Delivery (COD) capabilities via Pathao and RedX. Please ensure someone is present at your designated shipping address during standard operational hours (9 AM - 6 PM).

International Delivery

International shipping timelines vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 15 business days. Please note that customs duties, handling fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the delicate nature of handmade natural dyes and Jamdani weaves, we only accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery and strictly under the condition that the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original branding tags.
